Service & Live Arrival Guarantee

Providing unmatched service is our core focus. If any issue occurs with your order that is not caused by improper handling, setup, or care, our team will do everything possible to resolve it promptly!

• Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that all live animals arrive in healthy, living condition. In the unlikely event of arrival loss, contact us immediately on delivery day. After arrival day, care responsibility transfers to the recipient.
• 2-Week Queen Survival Guarantee: We extend our live survival guarantee for queen ants to 2 weeks after delivery. This applies when the colony is installed in official Ant-Blox or Ant's Kingdom habitats (does not apply to home-made DIY setups).
• Verification Protocol: In case of loss, warranty claims require clear photo evidence of the deceased queen/animal and written confirmation from our support team.

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Even though live goods are legally exempt from standard return rules, we proudly offer a 14-day reflection period. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving reasons. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the items to our dispatch facility.

Upon receiving your returned items in complete, new, and original condition, we will refund the full order amount (including original standard delivery fees). Return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense.
